Welcome to Unmask Coaching. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by them.
 
1. Services Offered
We provide coaching services, workshops, bootcamps, intensives, and educational content virtually and in-person. Services are not therapy or medical advice.
 
2. Payment & Cancellation
* All payments are due in advance unless otherwise agreed.
* Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for 1:1 couples coaching sessions to receive a credit or reschedule.
* Workshop, bootcamps, intensive fees and retreats are non-refundable but may be transferable.
 
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
* Show up fully for sessions.
* Maintain confidentiality for group events.
* Not share proprietary materials without permission.
 
4. Intellectual Property
All content (logos, text, media, worksheets) is the property of Unmask Coaching and may not be copied or distributed without consent.
 
5. Disclaimer
Coaching does not guarantee outcomes. Results depend on individual participation and external factors.
 
6. Limitation of Liability
Unmask Coaching is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services.
 
7. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone, at our discretion, with or without notice.
 
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, USA.
 
9. Changes
We may update these terms as needed. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of any changes.
